Fitness Holiday Experience - 8th to 12th October 2018

Due to popular demand am offering a unique 5 day fitness and health holiday which will boost your fitness levels and inspire you for a long time to come.

How much and how to book.

The total price is *£350 for 5 nights. A £150 non-refundable reservation fee is required to book your place. Once £150 is paid the remaining balance of £200 is due on or before the 1st day of the holiday.

* The most prestigious room of the house with an on-suite bathroom is £60 more. The room comes with a Queen size bed, making it only £30 more expensive per person.

Accomodation

The holiday will be based from a top of the range holiday home in Menorca with room for 8-10 participants. In this newly renovated  4 bedroom 3 bathroom Villa










Location - Menorca

The villa located in the popular Resort Punta Prima and is close to everything with the beach just 2 minutes walking distance. The airport is only 10km away making for a quick and hassle free arrival and departure.




There are many beaches within walking distance


With some of the best roads for running.


Food

Part of this amazing experience is of course the sourcing of local ingredients, recipe sharing and group cooking. Unlike U.K. supermarkets, the supermarkets in Menorca source  a lot of local produce from farms located on the island and the mediterranean sea. The ingredients for the breakfasts will be provided by the host, which shall be then prepared together by the whole group.



A typical day would be as follows:

Morning stretching, breakfast, run and swim, dinner, health food shopping and recipe discussions, supper, group fitness training session.

About Me - Margarita Carter
From a young age sport played a big part of my life. For 15 years I performed ballroom dancing to competition level, later I moved onto – aerobics, yoga, pilates, stretching and qualified for fitness instruction.  (Fitness Trainer)
I offer personal fitness instruction at my local area or your location**. This can be indoors or outdoors, depending on your requirements. Many of my clients also have Skype sessions as part of their fitness routine and even personalized video lessons if they are away.

I can also provide a unique full session long stretching with yoga elements, this is popular with my current clients, when they don't want a hard workout. As usual I assist my clients with their healthy diets to get the body that they want and share healthy recipes on my social-media pages.
